Richard joined EC Group’s IT department in June 2001 and is an excellent administrator with advanced skills on a number of computer packages and several specialised database applications. Having moved into the Account Management team in 2003, Richard is a confident and enthusiastic Account Manager with responsibility for managing a variety of mailing and fulfilment accounts. In addition to his varied working skills, Richard is EC Group’s Charity Expert, acting as the main intermediary between ourselves and the Charity Sector.
