- Do you have chilled and/or frozen storage facilities?
No, we only offer ambient storage. - How do you store goods?
Your goods are stored in a secure location befitting the individual product. ECG offers extensive pallet racking, picking shelves, container storage and bespoke fulfilment storage areas. - What type of pallets are you able to store?
Our pallet bays are configured to UK standard pallet size (1200x100x1400mm). Our racking, however, can be adapted to store Euro pallets, printer pallets, and various other pallet types and dimensions as required. Contact us for more information. - What security do your warehouse have?
All of our warehouses are fully alarmed and have CCTV throughout. Our warehouses are held inside perimeter metal fencing with external gates and monitored CCTV.
- How will I be invoiced?
Upon completion of a particular distribution event or at the end of the month for regular ongoing activity. - What is your pricing structure? Do you have a no-hidden fees policy?
Yes, our charges are unitised where possible, with hourly rates charged on other activities, meaning no hidden fees or surprises.

The systems can be configured to update stock levels automatically in real time or at pre-defined intervals, i.e., hourly, daily. - Will your system update the order progress?

Yes, we have contracts with most of the major UK carriers ranging from sending small packets, single parcels, multi-parcels consignment, pallet deliveries, and dedicated vehicles for larger consignments. - Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we have contracts with most of the major international carriers ranging from sending small packets, single parcels, multi parcels consignments, pallet deliveries, and dedicated vehicles for larger consignments. Our intelligent dispatch system will select the most cost effective carrier and service whilst maintaining the required delivery service level. - Do you manage the customs requirements for international deliveries?
Yes, our systems will send the requisite customs information required and our Account Teams are skilled and experiences in managing the process and dealing with any queries. - Can we use our existing carrier account?
Yes, if you prefer to use your own carrier accounts that can be arranged.

Yes, we are able to insert marketing literature into all orders as required. - Do you provide gift notes?
