Decanter is the world’s leading wine and wine-lifestyle media brand, covering in excess of 2.2 million people a month.
Founded in 1975, Decanter provide a print and digital magazine, news website, and subscription website – Decanter Premium, featuring the Decanter Wine Club, and the Decanter World Wine Awards.
EC Group provide an array of logistical and organisational support for Decanter, ranging from event-based staff provisions, to warehousing, inventory management, and provision of a bespoke online portal.
We provide logistical support for the Decanter Events. This includes the provision of staff, transport, and expert event support on the day, as well as Event Support Services before, during, and after the events.
Our four acre warehouse facility plays host to the storage of a vast number of Decanter products. All of which are expertly goods receipted, quality controlled, and stock recorded, utilising our sophisticated inventory management system. Integration with our order processing system allows seamless order processing, printing of despatch documentation and despatch.
Alongside this, we provide a bespoke portal for Decanter to check order progress, inventory information, and tracking info for despatched consignments.
Additionally, we provide assistance in supplying bespoke protective packaging and outer cartons specifically designed for the safe storage and transportation of wine bottles.
